Sliding-scale fees for clients who qualify

EttaCare providers who offer sliding-scale pricing set fee tiers based on reported household income. If your income falls within a lower tier, you pay a reduced session fee instead of the provider's standard rate.

How it works

  1. You submit a sliding-scale application with your reported income.
  2. Your provider reviews the application and approves or denies it.
  3. Once approved, your session fee is set by the matching income tier for as long as the approval remains on file.

Not every provider offers this

Sliding-scale pricing is set by each individual provider, not by EttaCare. Whether tiers are available, and at what income thresholds, varies by provider. You can ask your provider whether they offer sliding-scale pricing before booking.

Questions about a decision

If your application is denied or you disagree with your assigned tier, contact your provider directly — sliding-scale approval is a provider decision, not an automated one.
